OCS-South Parent/Student Handbook

Every Thursday, families receive an email from the Front Office reminding you to view the Thursday Packet. Additionally, you are able to view and download the Thursday Packets on this page. This communication tool is used to provide our families with information regarding general school announcements, events, activities, important dates, and other information about happenings on campus.
The Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena offers an off-site after-school program option for students and families. Boys and Girls Club will transport students from OCS-South to their Pasadena Location. Cost is $65 per child per month, and you can learn more information or register your child at their facility located at 2020 N. Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena. You may also call 626-798-3925.
If your student is going to be absent please notify us via phone or text at
626-209-5635 or email us with your child’s name, reason for absence, and expected date of return to school. Email for notifications is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Student report cards are a communication tool used to inform parents and students of their learning at school. The report cards share with parents how students learning and developing towards demonstrating mastery in the various various content areas.
